Pricing questions
Is there a minimum contract?
Three months on Starter and Growth, because meaningful movement in citation rate rarely appears sooner and we don't want to take money for a period we can't be judged on. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
What if we only want the audit?
That's a completely normal outcome. The audit is $1,200 as a standalone piece of work, you keep everything in it, and there's no obligation to continue. If you do continue within 60 days, we credit the full amount against your first month.
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. The fee covers the engagement regardless of how many people on your side are involved.
What isn't included?
Paid media, general content marketing retainers, and large-scale site migrations. We'll happily work alongside the agencies handling those, but we don't quietly bundle them into a GEO fee.
